Angela was born and raised in Buffalo, New York. She attended the Boston Conservatory where she was awarded the Jan Veen Scholarship and Juline Ince Thompson scholarship for choreography.
Through her studies at the Conservatory, Angela performed works by Jose Limon, Martha Graham, and Murray Lewis, and created her own works - which were performed for artists such as Yoyo Ma. After receiving her BFA in 2006 Angela moved to New York City where she began to pursue a career in acrobatics and circus artists. She kept one toe on the ground dancing with Tribe of Human, The Chase Brock Experience, and began getting air time with the Brooklyn-based, 'PopAction' dance company STREB.
Angela has been spotted dancing and in flight with many NYC & Israeli circus companies performing around the world as an H2H acrobat, aerialist, bullwhip & fire performer! Company credits include: Phoenix Entertainment NYC, Fuerza Bruta, featured aerialist and co-choreographer in the Off-Broadway production of Caligula Maximus NYC, Grounded Aerial, the world tour of The Aluminum Show, Cirqutacular's "Circurious," Helium Entertainment, Pilobolous, Circus y, Bordel Total and Pyromania Show.
Angela founded and directs The Muse Brooklyn - a unique artist collective and circus based community.
She teaches Acrobalance and Games, Acro Standing Circus and Family Acro at The Muse.
